Trademark & Brand Use Policy
1. OWNERSHIP
ONE WOLF® is a registered trademark and is protected in the territories in which trademark protection has been granted.
The ONE WOLF name, ONE WOLF logo, wolf symbol, visual identity, product names, collection names, graphic elements and other distinctive brand assets are owned by or licensed to ONE WOLF.
These assets are protected by applicable trademark, copyright, design and other intellectual property laws.
2. NO IMPLIED LICENCE
Access to the ONE WOLF Website, purchase of ONE WOLF products, publication of ONE WOLF content online or any other interaction with ONE WOLF does not grant any licence or right to use ONE WOLF trademarks, logos or other brand assets.
Any commercial, promotional or public use of ONE WOLF brand assets requires prior written permission from ONE WOLF unless such use is expressly permitted by applicable law.
3. PERMITTED USE
ONE WOLF trademarks and brand assets may only be used:
- with prior written permission from ONE WOLF;
- in accordance with any brand guidelines or instructions provided by ONE WOLF;
- for the specific purpose and period for which permission was granted;
- in a way that does not misrepresent the relationship with ONE WOLF.
Authorised retailers, stockists, distributors, media representatives, stylists, photographers and other partners must use ONE WOLF brand assets accurately and in accordance with the agreed context.
4. PROHIBITED USE
Without prior written permission, you may not:
- reproduce, copy, imitate, alter or modify the ONE WOLF name, logo, wolf symbol or other distinctive brand elements;
- use ONE WOLF trademarks on products, packaging, labels, merchandise or promotional materials;
- use ONE WOLF trademarks or confusingly similar signs in business names, domain names, marketplace names, social media usernames or account names;
- use ONE WOLF brand assets in paid advertising or promotional campaigns;
- imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, authorisation or affiliation with ONE WOLF where none exists;
- use ONE WOLF trademarks in a misleading, deceptive, defamatory or damaging manner;
- create logos, names or visual identities that are confusingly similar to ONE WOLF;
- register or attempt to register ONE WOLF trademarks, logos, domains or confusingly similar identifiers.
5. ONLINE AND SOCIAL MEDIA USE
ONE WOLF trademarks may not be used in domain names, social media account names, marketplace seller names or digital advertising in a manner that could cause confusion about ownership, authorisation or affiliation.
References to ONE WOLF for editorial, commentary, review or other lawful informational purposes must be accurate and must not imply endorsement or official affiliation.
6. PRODUCT IMAGES AND CONTENT
Photographs, product images, videos, graphics, text and other content published by ONE WOLF are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
They may not be copied, republished, edited, distributed, sold, commercially exploited or used in advertising without prior written permission from ONE WOLF, except where permitted by applicable law.
Authorised retailers and media partners may use approved materials only for the purpose for which they were supplied.
7. RETAILERS, STOCKISTS AND PARTNERS
Authorised retailers, stockists, distributors and other commercial partners may use ONE WOLF trademarks and approved brand materials only in connection with genuine ONE WOLF products and only for the duration of the authorised relationship.
ONE WOLF may request correction or removal of any use that does not comply with its brand guidelines or creates a misleading impression.
Permission to use ONE WOLF brand assets may be withdrawn where the conditions of use are not respected.
8. COUNTERFEIT AND UNAUTHORISED PRODUCTS
ONE WOLF reserves the right to take appropriate action against the manufacture, sale, promotion or distribution of counterfeit, unauthorised or misleadingly branded products.

9. ENFORCEMENT
Unauthorised use of ONE WOLF trademarks, logos, copyrighted materials or other intellectual property may result in enforcement action in accordance with applicable law.
Failure by ONE WOLF to act immediately in relation to a particular unauthorised use does not constitute a waiver of its intellectual property rights.
